Job Description

As a Security Officer - Patrol Driver Clearance Required in MOORESTOWN, NJ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will contribute to a secure environment at a leading aerospace and defense location. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service and communication. This unarmed position also requires driving, allowing you to cover various areas of the site and respond promptly to any situations. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activities.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings and observe for unusual or suspicious behaviors within the facility.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members.
• Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and/or unusual occurrences according to established guidelines.
• Assist with access control and visitor management as required by site policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• An active Department of Defense Secret Clearance is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
