Ocean Bay, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Training Project Manager.
Position Responsibilities:
Manage training analysis efforts, training product development, program support to SEA 21 in support of PMS 339 for Surface Combatant and Amphibious Class modernization systems. Provide acquisition planning support and develop recommendations for improvement of systems integration and training/ logistics support involved in baseline upgrades for the Destroyers and Cruisers. Develop manpower and training analysis for surface ships and shore activities for the Program Office and fleet representatives with training and technical related issues.

Position Requirements:
- Secret Clearance
- 25 years of operational experience in the Navy or supporting Navy operational units; 15 years of experience developing and structuring training programs for Navy sailors.
- Experience of a Navy major training command; experience with the Surface Expeditionary Warfare Training Committee (SEWTC).
- Master's degree in any field
