Ocean Bay, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Ship Modernization Program Manager.
Position Responsibilities:
The Ship Modernization Program Manager shall provide customer support to the PMS 407 Program Manager, PMS 407 Deputy Program Manager, PMS 407 Planning and Execution Directors, and PMS 407 Waterfront Manger. Shall also provide a primary point of contact for PMS 407 and provide oversight to all PMS 407 contractor support.

Position Requirements:
- Master's degree in Engineering field or equivalent experience.
- 2 years Program Management experience; 3 years experience working in a Program Office or PEO at NAVSEA
- 3 years experience working with a Program Office at NAVSEA.
- 20 years experience in the Navy or supporting the Navy surface ships; 15 years experience overseeing maintenance and modernization of US Navy Surface Ships.

- Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a US Government security clearance.
