Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-09) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: 1. Review and approve all travel authorization prior to travel, checking for after-the-fact travel, wrong entitlements, and compliance with JTR guidance. 2. Monitoring travel voucher submission after completion of travel to ensure that claims have been liquidated/obligated within determined guidelines. 3. Manage/monitor government travel cards to ensure they are being used for official business only, complete and process new applications, track arriving and departing cardholders through check-in/check-out processing and provide cardholder education. 4. Monitor and report all Government travel card delinquencies to appropriate personnel and take propriate action, review high value cash withdrawals, monitor monthly reports, and report the status of all delinquencies and unsubmitted vouchers. NOTE: Experience must be demonstrated in your resume.
This is a Financial Management Level I certified position per the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) 2012, Section 1599d. You must achieve this level within prescribed timelines. Certification requirements are in DoD Instruction 1300.26.

Have successfully completed an LL.M. degree that is related to the position being filled.
OR
Have a combination of experience and education that equates to one year of experience. Percentage of education plus percentage of experience must equal 100%.

- You will process Government Travel Card applications, monitor balances and perform duties of debt maintenance monitoring (DMM).
- You will have an ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
- You will conduct financial planning and budgeting analysis for organization programs.
- You will create financial reports by compiling and generating data.
- You will provide customer service for Defense Travel System (DTS), related questions, review authorizations and vouchers.
