Description:
Our team is looking for an experienced Senior Machine Learning Software Engineer (remote opportunity) to drive innovation in AI/ML solutions across the information technology and software development space.
Location; Remote
Rate: $80-100hr.
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a W2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Responsibilities:
Develop predictive models using advanced ML techniques (regression, classification, clustering, neural networks).
Design and implement end-to-end AI/ML/NLP solutions aligned with cybersecurity standards.
Ensure code quality, scalability, and security while resolving technical challenges and optimizing performance.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using modern DevSecOps tools.
Support production deployment, monitoring, and root cause analysis.
Collaborate in Agile teams - participate in sprints, reviews, and retrospectives
Experience Requirements:
10+ years in software/IT and 5+ years in data analysis & machine learning.
Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Hands-on experience with Image Transformer models (e.g., Microsoft's DiT) for document understanding.
Solid background in data analysis, statistical modeling, and software engineering.
Leadership, problem-solving, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
Experience with AWS services (ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.) is a plus.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required.
