Location: Owego, NY

We are hiring across multiple engineering disciplines to support and avionics programs involving embedded systems, mission software, and system integration. Open Positions & Key Responsibilities:
Software Engineers
Develop and debug embedded C/C++ applications.
Integrate algorithms and features into mission-critical systems.
Collaborate across engineering teams to define software/hardware interfaces.
Support documentation, performance validation, and certification efforts.
Systems Engineers
Translate customer requirements into technical specifications.
Define and manage software/hardware interfaces.
Apply Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), preferably using CAMEO.
Support design, integration, and testing of avionics subsystems.
Integration & Test Engineers
Develop and execute system-level test procedures.
Perform lab-based integration, dry runs, and regression testing.
Initiate and process System Problem Reports (SPRs).
Document test results and participate in technical reviews.
Must-Have Skills Across Roles:
Strong C/C++ development experience.
Background in avionics or safety-critical systems.
Familiarity with Agile development practices.
Experience with automated testing tools and desktop regression.
