Savvee Inc. is seeking to hire a Data Analyst to support our federal client onsite in Alexandria, VA. The ideal candidate will conduct daily data analysis and reporting, manage database mining for taskers, and contribute to internal documentation while maintaining awareness of events and ensuring high-quality, policy-compliant deliverables.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Performing data analysis for both the customer and contract team for daily reports.
• Uploading analytic, policy, program, background, and legislative information internal repositories of relevant.
• Managing the database mining in response to taskers.
• Providing input to reports and products including memos, talking points, and briefing materials.
• Maintaining situational awareness of client-related events, incidents, and threats and ensuring team is always aware of these efforts.
• Providing support to the Watch team as needed based on staffing requirements.
• Understanding the organizational policies and procedures for accuracy of solutions and deliverables to the client.
• Demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer support.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND TRAINING
• Bachelor’s degree
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
• Five or more years of professional experience
• Holds an active Secret clearance
• Ability to obtain a DHS Suitability
• Experience utilizing Tableau
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, with expertise in managing shared calendars, scheduling meetings, and maintaining organizational efficiency
• Experience utilizing Adobe to create, edit, and manage PDF files
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Acute attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven self-starter

• Experience utilizing SharePoint
