Cybersecurity Analytics Lead

Blu Omega is seeking a Cybersecurity Analytics Lead to join our forward-thinking SETA team supporting ARPA-H where you will be instrumental in measuring and improving the security posture of a federal agency. You'll work closely with executive leadership to develop and refine cybersecurity metrics, leverage data visualization tools, and support critical compliance efforts. This full-time, remote opportunity empowers you to influence national cybersecurity initiatives and advance your expertise in analytics-driven security programs.

Location: Remote (Open to candidates nationwide; preferred candidates with familiarity working with federal agencies)
Clearance Needed: Must have or be able to obtain a public trust or higher clearance

Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of hands-on cybersecurity experience with a focus on analytics and measurement
• Experience managing cybersecurity metrics and reporting efforts, with strong familiarity with FISMA and CISA programs
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred)
• Proven ability to develop and assess cybersecurity programs and metric
• Excellent data management, visualization, and communication skills

Nice to Haves:

• CISSP or CISM certification
• Experience working within federal agencies or government environment
• Advanced proficiency with analytics tools and dashboards
• Strong soft skills such as collaboration, critical thinking, and adaptability

Salary Range: $130K - $175K
Our final salary offer will be based on several factors, including depth of technical skills, work experience, education, certifications, and clearance
