Position Responsibilities:
The Readiness Manager shall provide direct support to the PMS 443 Readiness Director regarding in-depth analysis of readiness issues that lead to technically acceptable, executable solutions. Provides oversight for contractor support to all surface ship Class Readiness Managers.

Position Requirements:
- Secret Clearance
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Scientific discipline or equivialent experience
- 5 years of experience working with a Program Office at NAVSEA.
- 20 years of experience in the Navy or supporting the Navy surface ships including 15 years' experience in maintenance and modernization of US Navy Surface Ships.
- Experience managing readiness issues across several ship classes.
