Ocean Bay, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Modernization Manager).
Position Responsibilities:
The CG/LSD Modernization Manager shall provide oversight of CG/LSD Modernization teams. Will advise/support PMS 407 with the development of an integrated plan required to accomplish modernization, maintenance, repair and reactivation (e.g., critical path analysis, milestones/key events, production schedules, manning plans, production progress, material delivery, testing, etc.). Review/ensure production schedules support approved milestones and work packages/specifications identify gaps/potential impacts to cost/schedule.

Position Requirements:
- Secret Clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Former AEGIS CG/DDG Commanding Officer. 5 years experience working in a program office or major staff.
- Shipyard availability experience; Project/Program Management experience; Ship pre-commissioning or reactivation or extended availability experience. Post Major Command Commanding Officer.
- 10 years project management experience; 5 years experience working in a program office or major staff.
- 25 Years of experience in the Navy or supporting US Navy surface ships.
