Ocean Bay, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Modernization Project Manager.
Position Responsibilities:
The Modernization Project Manager shall provide research support of NDE, SPAWAR Installation Database (IDB), and other PARM Fielding plans, and assist in optimizing planned modernization work packages for each availability. Review schedules, installation strategies, material support plans, and provide risk assessments and proposed resolutions as required.

Position Requirements:
- Secret Clearance
- Master's Degree
- Project Management Experience
- 10 years of Navy acquisition experience preparing POM and budget inputs and preparing responses to Congressional questions.
- 5 years of experience working with a Program Office at NAVSEA.
- 20 Years of experience in the Navy or supporting Navy surface ships; 10 years' experience overseeing the maintenance and modernization of surface ships.
