Ocean Bay, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Class Maintenance Team Manager.
Position Responsibilities:
The Class Management Team (CMT) Manager shall provide support to the PMS 443 Readiness Director and PMS 443 CMT Leads for all CMT matters and will coordinate resolution of class wide technical, logistic, and other Fleet technical issues with all stakeholders. The CMT Lead provides oversight of the contractor CMT support.

Position Requirements:
- Secret Clearance
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Hull, Mechanical and Electrical experience. Experience with NAVSEA, TYCOM, NSWC.
- Experience managing readiness issues across several ship classes. Experience with LCMG process.
- 15 years' experience in the Navy or supporting Navy surface ships.
