Generative AI Engineer (GenAI Engineer) - Remote based in U.S

About the Role

We are seeking an innovative Generative AI Engineer with deep technical expertise and a passion for solving real-world, mission-critical problems through advanced AI. In this role, you'll identify, design, and build next-generation AI agent solutions that transform client ecosystems and redefine operational efficiency.

You'll work closely with a diverse team of AI leaders, software and systems engineers, data scientists, solutions architects, and product owners to deliver enterprise-grade GenAI applications - from rapid prototypes to large-scale deployments.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop GenAI use cases tailored to client objectives and data ecosystems.
• Build and deploy agentic AI systems , leveraging the right frameworks and architectures for optimal results.
• Implement and integrate large language models (LLMs) and transformer models across leading AI platforms such as Amazon Kendra, Google Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, and Azure AI .
• Develop solutions using cloud-based AI services , including Google Cloud Document AI, Gemini, Gemma, and Generative AI Language Models .
• Utilize NVIDIA AI Foundations , OpenAI ChatGPT , and Databricks Mosaic AI to enhance model development, fine-tuning, and deployment.
• Prototype, test, and iterate on generative AI applications that drive measurable impact.
• Exhibit curiosity, experimentation, and continuous learning to fuel innovation across enterprise domains.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience with modern generative AI techniques , including LLMs, transformer models, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) .
• Hands-on expertise with AI and cloud platforms , such as Amazon Kendra, Google Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, and Azure AI .
• Experience designing RAG pipelines using vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, or FAISS .
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Go, or other modern programming languages.
• Strong foundation in cloud architecture and AI service integration (e.g., Google Document AI, Gemini, Gemma).

Bonus Points For

• Deep understanding of AI ethics, responsible AI practices, and data governance in generative AI .
• Hands-on experience in LLM fine-tuning, LLMOps, and prompt engineering .
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Windsurf, Claude).
• Experience with tool-using AI agents and API integration for dynamic data access.
• Proficiency in containerization and deployment using Docker, Kubernetes, or VMware .
• Skilled in scripting and automation using Linux Bash, PowerShell, or equivalent tools.
