Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Platform Manager/Engineer to lead the development of cloud-agnostic platforms and support the accreditation of software and platforms for government Authority to Operate (ATO). The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven leadership skills, and extensive experience in cloud technologies and compliance frameworks. This role requires a Master's degree with 10+ years of experience or a Bachelor's degree with 18+ years of experience in relevant fields.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and manage cloud-agnostic platforms that meet enterprise and government requirements.
- Lead efforts to obtain and maintain ATO accreditation for software and platforms, ensuring compliance with federal security standards (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement secure, scalable, and efficient platform solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
- Stay updated on emerging cloud technologies and compliance regulations to ensure platforms remain innovative and compliant.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 10+ years of experience, OR Bachelor's degree with 18+ years of experience.
- Extensive experience in developing and managing cloud-agnostic platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Proven expertise in obtaining and maintaining government ATO accreditation for software or platforms.
- Strong understanding of federal compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, NIST, and FISMA.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., Google, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
- Experience with DevSecOps practices and tools.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
