The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Multi Ops Manager to join the team in Seattle, WA.
Boeing Security Technology, Assessments, and Risk Compliance (STARC) is seeking a strong leader to manage multi-discipline Security Technologists in Enterprise Physical Security Technology. This Multi Operations Manager in Seattle, WA will oversee technical teams and will ensure compliance with federal, state, and company requirements while driving integrated, cost-effective security solutions that protect people, property, products, and information. This candidate must be adaptable to complex environments with competing priorities.

Position Responsibilities:
- Represent Enterprise Physical Security Technology requirements and standards, Federal, State, and Company regulations
- Ensure compliance with regulations and requirements, Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), and Classified Access Management Systems (CAMS)
- Collaborate for integrated solutions, new and emerging technologies, and regulations compliance Lock & Key, Security & Fire Operations (S&FO), Enterprise Classified Security, and other internal and external business partners
- Oversite of represented personnel in multiple disciplines and unions, and non-union team members
- Integrate safety into day-to-day services and influence safety culture
- Liaise with agencies and business partners to enhance physical security and technologies that protect people, property, products, and information
- Manage annual budget planning (LRBP) and financial performance management
- Support initiatives and special projects that drive productivity and cost efficiency
- Deliver customer service excellence with agility, first-time quality, and flexibility
- Acquire resources for projects and processes, provide technical management of suppliers, and lead process improvements
- Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, contractor personnel, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports
- Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes
- Support off-hour events, incidents, and travel as needed
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of experience with Security & Fire Protection or uniformed security policies, procedures, disciplines and requirements
- 3+ years of experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership
- 3+ years of experience in a customer service role
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with applicable Security policies and procedures
