You will be the Quality Engineer for the Quality Team. Our team is responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in the production and validation of missile systems and launch vehicles.

As the Quality Engineer you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and reporting on quality‑related activities, controlling nonconforming items, and partnering with cross‑functional groups to embed robust quality practices throughout the Camden campus.

Security Clearance Requirement
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
STEM degree at Bachelors level or higher
Have knowledge of quality systems, demonstrated use of standard problem solving, troubleshooting tools and root cause analysis skills.
Ability to perform floor support functions and make appropriate quality decisions.
Ability to perform floor support functions and make appropriate quality decisions.
Good communications and presentation skills. Well
versed in GD&T, interpreting drawings and standards.
Desired Skills:
Manufacturing and process improvement experience.
Defense of military contractor experience.
Working knowledge of SAP.
Working knowledge of GD&T, FMEAs, and Root Cause and Corrective Action Processes.
Experience in working with MiniTab.
Experience in Six-Sigma green belt techniques and statistical process control methods.

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

- Identify and implement industry best practices and innovative solutions to continuously improve processes.
- Maintain up‑to‑date documentation and communicate quality status to leadership and stakeholders.
