Description:This candidate will be a Sustainment Engineer Asc reporting to the F-35 Sensors Program Depot Support Team responsible for managing repairs, retrofit and spares requirements, coordinating and packing hardware for shipment, handling container and tooling issues and maintaining process procedures for the F-35 Sensors program (EOTS & DAS). The candidate will also establish schedules, monitor the efficient flow and delivery of spares, customer repairs & retrofits and production parts requirements in order to comply with contractual obligations. The candidate will also ensure the execution and continuous improvement of standard logistics processes, such as replenishment, demand management, electronic data systems administration and related functions. The desired candidate will build rapport and good relationships with Production Operations, shipping/traffic, customer (Lockheed Martin Aero), field representatives at the bases and program management to achieve program objectives.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any related engineering discipline.
• Good written and oral Communication Skills
• Problem Solving Skills
• Self-starter able to perform tasks with minimal supervision
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word)
• Ability to prepare and accomplish presentations
• Ability to obtain a D.O.D. security clearance (SECRET)
Desired Skills:
• Ability to interface with a variety of information technology applications to create purchase requirements and to extract data
• Ability to review data and statuses and derive trends
• Knowledge of Depot Operations, Repair Management, and Supply Chain with trend analysis experience
• Strong Excel background
• Familiarity with Army regulations and Army Supply
• Ability to work in a cross-functional IPT environment
• Experience using SAP client applications
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and modeling tools and techniques
• Assertive, people orientated, motivated, self-driven
• Able to work overtime (weekends & evenings when required)
• Ability to multi-task, be a self-starter, takes initiative as well as direction.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
