Role Description:
The Documentation Team Member will be part of a multi-faceted approach to documentation and knowledge management. The candidate will review and provide feedback on existing documents, assist team members in creating new documents as necessary, and work with teams across the organization to establish and maintain internal documentation related to project processes, team processes, and tools.

Sentar is seeking a Documentation Team Member in Charleston!
Role Description:
The Documentation Team Member will be part of a multi-faceted approach to documentation and knowledge management. The candidate will review and provide feedback on existing documents, assist team members in creating new documents as necessary, and work with teams across the organization to establish and maintain internal documentation related to project processes, team processes, and tools.
- Review documents and direct teams to update documentation when needed
- Use a repeatable and comprehensive review process to allow teams to self-inspect and incorporate changes while adhering to inspection guidelines
- Track and communicate the status of all internal documentation, collaborating with team leads and supporting the internal audit team to maintain inspection-ready documentation
- Manage Confluence, team spaces, documentation, and other artifact locations
- Act as a proponent of knowledge spaces and strategize implementation of knowledge management improvements
- Research technologies, interview SMEs, and collaborate on creating documentation and diagrams for new technologies
Qualifications:

Experience:
- Position may require up to 25% travel
- Experience with documentation review and knowledge management
- Experience coordinating document updates between teams and creating new documents
- Proficient with MS Office Suite, including Visio
- Experience with Adobe products
- Experience with Atlassian Confluence
- Ability to perform analysis to develop and implement procedures and techniques for work improvement
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to write clearly and concisely
- Strong analytical, organizational, research, and problem-solving skills
Highly Desired:
- Knowledge of operations in technical environments
- Experience developing and implementing workflows
- Ability to read and understand policy and procedures
- Experience with compliance, regulations, and inspections
- Ability to ensure operational requirements are accomplished
- Experience working in operations environments with 24/7 support
- Ability to quickly adapt to shifting priorities
