The Quality Control Manager is responsible for all aspects of the ISO compliance and the establishment of internal processes/controls. The Quality Control Manager oversees the program quality assurance and control programs to ensure quality system implementation, compliance, effectiveness, and control. In this role, the Quality Control Manager will ensure that quality standards, performance goals, and continuous improvement objectives are clearly defined, effectively monitored, and consistently achieved.

Responsibilities:
- Manages the quality assurance and quality control program to ensure quality system requirements are effectively implemented throughout contract performance
- Manages full range of quality department requirements to include staffing, work assignments, performance management, staff support and development, process monitoring and measurement, and development of appropriate quality documentation
- Acts as the primary point of contact with customer quality assurance and surveillance entities to ensure that customer requirements and expectations are being achieved
- Develops quality system plans to ensure compliance and implementation of ISO 9001:2015 quality standard
- Directly manages customer complaints and works to ensure that effective corrective actions plans are developed and implemented
- Provides periodic status of the quality system to the program management team.
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications/Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must Maintain a Secret and be eligible for TS /SCI Clearance
- Must have a Security+ or Higher DoD 8570 IAT II
- A minimum of ten years of progressive supervisory and leadership experience required
- A minimum of seven years of experience performing quality control in an industrial environment managing within ISO 9001:2015 Quality Standard quality management systems
- 3 years of experience in administrative, professional, analytical or other work related to International Organization for Standard (ISO) 9001 program or operations
- Must have comprehensive knowledge of governing regulations, policies, and procedures
- Must possess knowledge to maintain a quality management system in accordance with the applicable industry and ISO Standards as applicable
- Must have broad knowledge of Army logistical functions and applicable policies, programs and laws
- Must also have the ability to analyze, develop, evaluate, advise or promote improvements in logistical programs
- Must have the ability to establish program objectives or performance goals and assess progress
- Must possess the appropriate verbal and written communications skills to conduct meetings, execute plans, and prepare reports, plans, and working instructions
- Capable of developing management level presentations and reports
- Demonstrated practical experience in facilitating Lean Six Sigma process improvement programs
- Must have demonstrated leadership and management skills, including a professional demeanor
- Requires a collaborative work style that fosters cooperation and teamwork
- Must have high level of proficiency in the use of MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook and other related applications
