Job Description

As a Security Professional - Armed Dispatch Patrol Aero/Defense in Marietta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a leading aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and respond rapidly to emergencies. This is an armed and driving post, where you will play a key role in coordinating communications and supporting team members throughout the site. You will deliver exceptional customer service, uphold Allied Universal's values of integrity and teamwork, and contribute to a people-first culture that values reliability and innovation.

What You'll Do:

• Manage and coordinate all incoming and outgoing communications at the dispatch post for an aerospace and defense location.
• Monitor security-related systems, including alarms and surveillance cameras, to help to deter unauthorized activities and/or emergencies.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, calls, and other dispatch activities as required by site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with security-related personnel and emergency responders as needed.
• Follow site-specific protocols and procedures to provide customer service to clients, visitors, and site personnel.
• Support Allied Universal security-related operations by relaying information and instructions to patrol teams and/or site staff.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess three or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or a college degree.
• An armed guard card or license is required in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Candidates must provide proof of a high school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) as required by the client.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Handcuffing certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
