Title: Software Engineer-Artificial Intelligence

Location: Cambridge, MA

Salary Range: $95/HR To $105/HR

Introduction

We are seeking a range of experienced Software Engineers to support a new initiative involving AI tools. This is a fully onsite position located in Cambridge, MA. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing AI algorithms and models with a focus on ethical implications and potential biases.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 1 year of experience
• Ability to work onsite in Cambridge, MA
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance if sponsored (US Citizen)

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with AI algorithms and tools
• Familiarity with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Experience with programming languages such as C, C++, or Python
• Understanding of CI/CD practices and tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI algorithms and models
• Oversee a small technical team to achieve project milestones
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and iterate on AI models
• Monitor and improve in-production AI models
• Lead and mentor junior engineers
