JOB SUMMARY:
The Technician is responsible for providing preventative maintenance, calibration and repair services on electronics, laboratory, mechanical and other required equipment. In addition, the position may require the ability to use test equipment for electronic, electrical and electromechanical equipment. As such, the technician should have knowledge and experience with calibrating, modifying and the repair of various electrical, electromechanical, mechanical and electronic laboratory and medical equipment. Must be comfortable working in a laboratory environment. Technician level will be based on experience.

Qualifications
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate's degree or related equivalent experience
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience in calibration and repair of electrical, electronic, electromechanical and other required equipment
- Excellent working knowledge of calibration and maintenance of electronic, mechanical, and/or optical devices and systems
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills
- Must possess good interpersonal, organizational and prioritizing skills
- Proven track record working in compliance with applicable Quality Assurance (QA), Safety, Health and Environmental plans, policies and procedures
- Competent with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Must be able to qualify for and maintain a secret security clearance
- Requires a REAL ID
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Maintains, repairs, and calibrates electronic and physical/dimensional test, measurement, and diagnostic equipment (TMDE)
- Performs general maintenance and overhaul procedures and uses TMDE to troubleshoot and repair equipment
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Perform other related duties as assigned
