Overview
Are you an experienced network engineer ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role? Our client is seeking a Federal Network Engineer to join our dynamic technical team. In this position, you will design, implement, and maintain complex network systems for federal clients. This role requires expertise in LAN/WAN/WLAN environments, a deep understanding of Aruba networking technologies, and hands-on federal experience. The ideal candidate will hold an active or renewable security clearance and be open to travel to client site in San Diego, CA.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on network engineering experience.
CCNP certification is highly desired.
Strong working knowledge of Aruba wireless solutions, including controllers, access points, and switches.
Deep understanding of TCP/IP protocols, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), and Quality of Service (QoS).
Proficiency in maintaining and troubleshooting network technologies such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
Federal experience, including working within secure and compliant environments.
Ability to clearly communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel in high-pressure environments.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple projects independently.
Ability to work on varied shifts and participate in an on-call rotation when necessary.
Preferred Experience:
Additional certifications in Cisco or Aruba products
Experience with Fortinet networking products
