The annual salary range for this position is $74,000.00-$124,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

What You Will Do :
Guidehouse is seeking a Design Strategist/Graphic Designer to join the Defense and Security Segment (D&S) Human-Centered Design (HCD) team. The candidate will support the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency dedicated to advancing the mission of this federal agency.
Typical duties include:
- Develop and implement innovative visual design solutions that align with project goals and effectively communicate messages to diverse audiences in the American public as well as within the client agency.
- Work closely with the cross functional communications team directly supporting a federal agency, including D&S HCD teammates, to understand communication goals and strategies.
- Design infographics, reports, presentations, and other digital and print products efficiently.
- Manage requirement gathering and setting and enforcing production schedules.
- Engage external printers or other vendors as needed.
- Apply user-centered design principles to ensure products resonate with the target audiences.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
- Collaborate with project managers and engagement leadership to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
What You Will Need :
- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "TOP SECRET/SCI (TS/SCI)" Federal or DoD security clearance.
- Once onboard with Guidehouse, new hire MUST be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a (COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph.
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a similar field
- THREE (3) years' experience in graphic design
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Portfolio showcasing the range of your design abilities
What Would Be Nice To Have :
- Section 508 accessibility requirements familiarity.
