Work You'll Do
As a Project Delivery Senior Analyst on the project, you will:
- Assist the Combat Arms Program Manager in munitions management, Combat Arms operations, and small arms/light weapons (SA/LW) oversight at HQ Air Force.
- Support the Munitions User Functional Manager (MUFM) for the Security Forces community, helping refine munitions management business practices and drive operational improvements.
- Utilize current AF policy and guidance to accurately derive munitions requirements for all relevant functional areas.
- Analyze and validate munitions data forecasts, allocations, and inventory accuracy, recommending adjustments to meet operational needs.
- Serve as the SME and main point of contact on ground munitions, SA/LW, and non-lethal munitions management and policy across HQ AF functions.
- Advise and guide unit-level Combat Arms sections on instructing, qualifying, and operationalizing SA/LW marksmanship fundamentals for AF personnel.
- Aid in authoring SA/LW qualification training programs, procedures, and guidance documents, ensuring compliance with Air Force standards and operational needs.
- Draft electronic staff summary sheets (e-SSS) and prepare emails (EMRS) in accordance with AFSFC templates, facilitating clear and consistent staff communication.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active Secret security clearance required
- Must be willing to work on site in Dayton, OH 100% of the time
- Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- 1+ years' experience in Air Force munitions, Combat Arms, or weapons management
- 1+ years' experience interpreting military policy documents and managing munitions requirements and allocations
- 1+ years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or related functions
