USSTRATCOM is a Combatant Command responsible for strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, and enterprise IT services essential to national security. It oversees Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3), Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO), Global Strike, and Missile Threat Assessments, working closely with other Combatant Commands, Services, and defense agencies. SCITLS will be a key component that will ensure mission success and the safety of the U.S. and its allies by providing 24/7 IT services and network support for NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and SAP/SAR environments.
GOC Concierge: Provides dedicated support for the GOC. Supports activities to help ensure lifecycle management, engineering, integration, and sustainment of required systems. Ensures continuous connectivity in the GOC and all other locations within the USSTRATCOM Enterprise. Provides troubleshooting to resolve technical issues affecting connectivity in the GOC. Establishes and maintains relationships through in person, phone, email, and electronic communication. Performs advanced diagnostics, analysis, repairs, or replacement hardware for desktops, PCs, laptops, and peripherals. Provides technical support and troubleshooting for software applications loaded on desktop and laptop computers that communicate to/from application servers and third-party support software. Connects and configures IT devices to use computer networks. Supports desktop maintenance, including inventory and software distribution, and security maintenance, including virus updates and patch management.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- AA/AS (or equivalent experience), 5+ years of experience
- Security Clearance Level: Top Secret with SCI eligibility
- Required Certifications: ITIL 4 Foundation; Cloud+ or GICSP or SSCP or Security+ or CySA+
