Future Technologies (FTI) is in search of an FMS (Foreign Military Sales) Master Scheduler to join our team in Dahlgren, VA.

- Coordinate inputs, generate, deliver and maintain meeting agendas, meeting minutes, action items, presentation materials, work accomplishment highlights, and program status updates.
- Generate/maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMSs, identifying resources, critical path items, and addressing schedule conflicts and risks.
- Synchronize the IMS with other project IMSs across the program/project portfolio.
- Coordinate inputs, generate, deliver, and maintain program/project budget estimates.
- Track program/project budget execution, address budget issues, and recommend responses to budget data calls.
- Produce program/project budget reports.
- Provide financial planning, analysis, execution tracking and reporting of funding and develop and use complex formulas in Microsoft Excel.
- Create/process complex and lengthy financial reports that include tables, graphs, charts, or multiple columns.
- Provide financial support to include developing, tracking and reporting department, divisional, branch and program/project monthly financial metrics and status (funding and expenditures, labor and non-labor), and making determination of an estimated date that current funding for associated tasking performed will be fully expended.
- Provide support creating, submitting, collecting, and tracking procurement requests and maintenance renewals.
- Prepare, review, and update programmatic documentation, including self-certification artifacts, master program plans, test and evaluation milestones and schedules, system configurations, and acquisition milestones.
- Prepare, support, and participate in formal and informal programmatic, project, and technical meetings and reviews. This will include preparation of presentation material.
- Attend staff meetings to report programmatic and technical status, candidate activities, areas of concern, and potential risks.
- Support events in and outside the continental United States. Expect travel to be 20%-30%.
Requirements
- Three (3) years of experience that includes performing financial management and administrative activities such as budgeting, schedules, manpower and resource planning, procurements, or financial reporting.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience required in two or more of the following: Financial planning, analysis, execution tracking and reporting of funding including experience developing and using complex formulas in Microsoft Excel, and experience creating/processing complex and lengthy financial reports including tables, graphs, charts, or multiple columns.
- Development and maintenance of schedules, work breakdown structures; preparation of charts, tables, graphs, and diagrams to assist in analyzing problems.
- Administrative support for meetings to include scheduling, coordination, and accurately capturing important items and actions for inclusion in meeting minutes.
- DoD purchase and inventory processes, systems or functions including purchasing materials, supplies and equipment through vendors on the open market, via contract award, or other standard forms of purchasing. Experience tracking procurements.
- Active Secret security clearance.
