Duties
As a MANAGEMENT ANALYST, GS-0343-10 (TITLE 32) you will, retrieve and analyze maintenance data, present results to management. Control, manage and maintain the Maintenance Information System(s) (MIS). Conduct Special Studies to assess Health of the Unit Readiness (HUR). Analyze performance data to determine manpower, equipment, and facilities maintenance capabilities. Perform other duties as assigned.
NOTE: This PD is currently under revision to align with 2R2XX duties to include both Analysis and PS&D.

GENERAL EXPERIENCE : Experience, education, or training in administrative, professional, investigative, technical, or other responsible work which demonstrates analytical ability and a practical and theoretical knowledge of the functions, processes, and principles of management. Knowledge of the National Guard organizational structures, functions, procedures, and techniques; experience using computer and automation systems.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE : Must have at least 1 year at the next lower GS lever or 24 months experience, education, or training equivalent to at least the next lower grade level. Experience, education, or training which has provided application of practices, theories, techniques, and methods of management; experience analyzing, interpreting, and developing policies and procedures of local management.

- NATIONAL GUARD MEMBERSHIP IS REQUIRED. If you are not sure you are eligible for military membership, please contact a National Guard recruiter prior to applying for this position.
- This is an excepted service position that requires membership in a compatible military assignment in the employing state's National Guard, required prior to the effective date of placement.
- Selectee will be required to wear the military uniform.
