About the Opportunity
DMI, LLC is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join us. The Service Delivery Manager (SDM) oversees day-to-day end-user service delivery operations, ensuring consistent quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction across all support tiers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage Tier 0-3 operations, including ACD routing, ticket triage, and escalation management.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service responsiveness and end-user experience.
- Track performance metrics and XLAs using integrated dashboards and reporting tools.
- Interface with site leads and functional SMEs to coordinate local operations.
- Ensure adherence to SCA and labor compliance requirements for all on-site support personnel.
Qualifications
Education and Years of Experience:
- Associate's degree in IT-related field or equivalent experience; ITIL required.
- 8+ years of experience in IT service delivery or operations management.
Required and Desired Skills/Certifications:
- ITIL Foundation or higher certification required.
- Strong familiarity with enterprise ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, BMC, Freshservice, etc.).
Additional Requirements: Successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation and/or a Public Trust clearance.
