The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Senior Multi Ops Specialist to join the team in Everett, WA; Auburn, WA; Kent, WA; Moses Lake, WA; Portland, OR; or Renton, WA.
Security & Fire Operations (S&FO) is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Enterprise Threat Management team primarily supporting the Northwest region. This position is perfect for a self-starter and collaborative team player who demonstrates a sense of urgency and initiative in determining and completing actions independently.

Position Responsibilities:
- Leads case management, threat assessments, and corrective action review board preparation for a region
- Schedules and conducts multidisciplinary threat management meetings
- Reviews and performs life cycle tracking of threat management cases
- Makes leadership notifications for medium to high-risk threat cases
- Coordinates surveillance and oversight for high-risk threat cases
- Applies appropriate state laws, international laws, local laws, federal laws (i.e., employment, regulatory, criminal, civil) and/or customer requirements
- Partners and collaborates with the Law Department, Ethics, Employee Assistance Plan, Equal Employment Opportunity, Health Services, and Employee Corrective Action and other functions
- Provides coaching and consultation to managers, employees, victims, subjects and other external entities
- Prepares and delivers specialized training, tools, and resources to a variety of audiences
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- 3+ years of experience with Threat Management and/or Threat Assessment
- 3+ years of experience working in a cross functional environment with all levels in the business from individual contributors to executive leadership
- Able and willing to travel 20% of the time domestically
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Threat Manager certification
- Association of Threat Assessment Professionals (ATAP) membership
