You will be the Director, Global Supply Chain Governance for the Global Supply Chain Operations Organization. Our team is responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive governance framework that ensures regulatory compliance, industry standard adherence, and alignment with Lockheed Martin policies across the worldwide supply chain enterprise.

What You Will Be Doing:
As the Director, Global Supply Chain Governance you will be responsible for shaping and overseeing the governance, compliance, contract, and workforce development functions of our global supply chain. Your responsibilities will include:
• Developing and maintaining a governance framework - create, update, and enforce policies, procedures, and standards that satisfy regulatory, industry, and company requirements.
• Collaborating cross functionally - partner with program management, contracts, finance, procurement, manufacturing, and quality to ensure a unified, compliant approach to supply chain operations.
• Managing risk and opportunity - establish a risk and opportunity management process to identify, assess, and mitigate governance risks while capitalizing on improvement opportunities.
• Driving continuous improvement - lead process enhancement initiatives that reduce cost, increase efficiency, and boost supply chain performance as part of the Continuous Improvement Framework (CIF).
• Providing workforce training and support - design and deliver leader and employee development training for supply chain personnel and serve as the primary advisor on governance related matters.
• Enabling compliant contracts - ensure alignment with prime contract flow-down to enable compliant subcontract terms and conditions execution to drive on-time delivery for our suppliers.
• Overseeing audits and external relationships - support regular internal/external audits, maintain relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, and regulatory agencies, and stay current on industry trends and best practices.

These duties enable the organization to operate with consistent, high quality governance while supporting strategic business objectives and rapid, compliant delivery of Lockheed Martin's global supply chain commitments.

This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.

You will need to be a US Citizen, and be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of Aerospace experience in supply chain management, business, compliance, or related experience
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective governance frameworks
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and/or company policies related to supply chain management
• Leadership experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Desired Skills:
• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of at least 5 years in a governance or compliance role
• Certification in supply chain management, such as APICS or ISM
• Experience working in a global supply chain regulatory environment
• Knowledge of lean principles and six sigma methodologies
• Experience with supply chain risk management and mitigation strategies
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
