You will be the System Integration & Test Engineer & Tech Lead for the Architecture, Design, Integration & Test (ADIT) - F 22 System Integration & Test (SI&T) team. Our team is responsible for mission system capability integration, maturation, and regression testing that supports all F 22 modernization efforts, ensuring new capabilities are verified and field ready.

What You Will Be Doing:
As a System Integration & Test Engineer & Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading system level functional testing and integration activities while providing technical direction to the team. Your responsibilities will include:
• Designing and executing system level functional test plans and regression tests to validate F 22 mission system performance.
• Developing and maintaining test procedures and configurations that support capability integration and maturation.
• Leading technical efforts by guiding engineers in test implementation, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating corrective actions across hardware, software, and simulation domains.
• Analyzing test data and producing clear reports that drive engineering decisions and inform modernization roadmaps.
• Collaborating with cross functional partners (software, hardware, requirements, and program teams) to ensure seamless integration and alignment with program schedules.
• Mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.

This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.

You will need to be a US Citizen, and currently possess and be able to maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM / technical discipline
• Experience in lab integration and test
• Experience in systems engineering development and integration processes
• Previous 5th generation experience
Desired Skills:
• Possess F-22 clearance
• Systems Engineering development and integration experience.
• Experience with integration of Mission Systems capabilities on aircraft platform(s).
• Experience in developing and executing technical plans.
• Experienced working with IFG engineering teams, such as System Design or Software
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau
• Demonstrated communication skills, written and oral, with senior level management and internal/external customers
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
