Project Manager- War Room (5291)

Ocean Bay, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Program Manager - War Room. Responsible for the overall coordination and management of the specific planning efforts in support of SEA 21. Organizes, directs and coordinates the planning and production of all activities associated with assigned delivery order projects. Demonstrates competent writing and oral communication skills. Ensures quality products and services are delivered.

Position Requirements:

• Master's degree in any field and Joint Professional Military Education
• 20 years experience in the Navy or supporting the Navy; Extensive Flag Staff experience managing issues across multiple commands.
• Experience working on a disparate portfolio of projects.
• Experience successfully managing teams consisting of multi-discipline members from multiple entities.
• Experience planning and operating in both tactical and strategic perspectives. Project management experience onboard U.S. Navy surface ships and staffs.
• Experience managing issues across multiple commands; experience planning and operating in both tactical and strategic perspectives; Project Management experience supporting surface ships and staff.
• Experience preparing and delivering briefs and papers to Flag Officer/SES; excellent communications and solid interpersonal skills that include leading teams in a collaborative environment.

• Secret Clearance

• Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a US Government security clearance.
• Successful Pass of Bennett Aerospace Background Investigation, Drug Screening and Credit Check
