Description

DNI is seeking a PMO Analyst who will play a crucial role in supporting our project team through administrative tasks, activity coordination, and effective communication. In this role, you will help maintain organization and ensure the smooth execution of project operations. Key responsibilities include scheduling meetings, coordinating resources, maintaining project documentation, and addressing any issues that arise during project delivery. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Requirements

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are informed and available.
  • Assist in the coordination of project activities, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are allocated appropriately.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
  • Act as a point of contact for project-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate information to team members and stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve issues that may arise during project execution, escalating as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and alignment of project goals.
  • Support the project manager in tracking project milestones and deliverables, providing regular updates on progress.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. (4 years of experience may be substituted for bachelor's degree)
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in project coordination or related roles.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience with SAP or similar platform.
  • Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.
