We are currently searching for a talented Senior Program Analyst with Secret Clearance in Dahlgren, VA. In this position you will
- Provide programmatic and analytical support for Navy IT and network projects, including cost, schedule, and performance tracking.
 - Develop, review, and maintain technical documentation, program status reports, and performance metrics.
 - Conduct financial analysis, cost estimation, and budget reconciliation to support program objectives and fiscal compliance.
 - Support Navy acquisition documentation development such as Statements of Work (SOW), Justifications and Approvals (J&As), and Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs).
 - Coordinate with NSWCDD leadership, functional managers, and subcontractors to ensure program alignment and efficiency.
 - Monitor project risks, develop mitigation plans, and track execution against milestones.
 - Analyze data from project management tools and generate executive-level reports for leadership briefings.
 - Support configuration control, logistics planning, and procurement activities.
 - Prepare presentations, schedules, and data summaries for internal and external stakeholder
 
Seven (7) years of professional experience in relation to IT and network acquisition, analysis, planning, integrated logistics support, enterprise architecture, and program cost analysis. This position requires a Secret Clearance
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of Professional Experience as a Senior Program Analyst in a DoD Environment.
 - Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration
