We are looking for a Logistician I to support our customer in Crane, IN. The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following duties, as well as possess the following education and experience:
Duties:
- Support AEA engineering leads, FST, and AEA personnel in the collection and analysis of maintenance and workload data for assigned EW systems, subsystems, and components to support sustainment workload planning.
 - Provide recommendations for repair and maintenance strategies for critical aircraft weapon systems to enhance readiness and affordability.
 - Review and analyze Logistic Support Analysis (LSA) records to ensure all requirements for support and test equipment have been minimized.
 - Verify that considerations for general and special purpose support equipment are fully supported, selection processes are cost-effective, and reliability and maintainability features of the support equipment are compatible with associated prime systems, subsystems, or components.
 - Perform technical assessments of the Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) for systems, subsystems, equipment, and components associated with sustainment workload.
 - Assess proper extraction and use of LSA data, selection of sensitivity parameters and ranges, and accuracy and validity of data inputs to ensure relevance of conclusions based on LORA output decisions.
 - Document inconsistencies, errors, and findings, providing recommendations for level of repair decisions and supporting documentation in formal reports.
 - Conduct ILS planning and analysis in accordance with the Product Support Manager (PSM) Guidebook, Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements, and applicable DoD 5000-series directives.
 - Ensure all ILS and sustainment planning reflects operational, design, and lifecycle support requirements and aligns with Milestone Review criteria.
 - Support preparation and presentation of technical reports, briefings, and recommendations to government and contractor stakeholders.
 
Required Education:
- High school/vocational school degree or GED certificate.
 
Required Experience:
- 3+ years of relevant logistics or sustainment experience supporting DoD acquisition or sustainment programs.
 - Familiarity with support and test equipment management, reliability/maintainability principles, and EW or aviation systems logistics.
 - Strong analytical, documentation, and presentation skills.
 - Proficiency in data collection and analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Power BI).
 
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting NAVAIR or other DoD acquisition logistics organizations.
 - Knowledge of Integrated Defense Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics Life Cycle Management System processes.
 - Working familiarity with PSM and IPS Guidebooks, and DoD ILS and sustainment frameworks.
 - Ability to conduct independent analyses and provide actionable logistics recommendations to engineering and program leadership.
 - Demonstrated experience with ILS elements, sustainment planning, and maintenance data analysis.
 - Experience conducting or supporting LSA and LORA reviews, including data verification and cost-effectiveness assessments.
