Kentro is hiring a Program Analyst Lead who will be responsible for supporting project management tasks within the Program Management Office. In this role, your focus will be associated with the operational aspects of the program, including risk management, strategic alignment, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will work with a diverse group of stakeholders and can effectively create and manage a risk management process for a large program. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be able to think strategically and with impact in mind while approaching initiatives and goals. In this role, the Program Analyst has a unique opportunity to work with technical and programmatic leadership across a range of operational activities that will lead to organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities:
- Ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, inclusive of technical staff, corporate support, and program leadership, as well as subcontractor leadership
 - Identifies process gaps and facilitates cross-collaboration to identify opportunities to support organizational and program scalability
 - Proactively identify and solution for strategic gaps in organizational effectiveness and employee engagement
 - Able to work collaboratively with technical leadership to define strategic value initiatives and execution timelines for tracking
 - Collaborates with corporate services, leveraging their expertise and tools to deliver effective risk management
 - Identifies opportunities to enhance risk management processes and procedures; exhibits the ability to quantify the improvements for incorporation in proposals and growth documentation
 - Leads the execution of risk management meetings, collectively working with stakeholders to review, update, and quantify risks
 - Collaborates with finance and the risk owner to document financial impacts of an associated risk, and monitors; accordingly, may support contractual or organizational briefings to communicate financial impacts
 - Ability to support other duties, as assigned

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, Information Technology or a related field.
 - 5+ years of experience relevant to the job description, ideally in an operations support position
 - Self-starter with a team-first approach
 - Experience managing detailed processes involving multiple stakeholders
 - Experience facilitating communication and navigating amongst multiple stakeholders
 - Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
 - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping and documentation
 - Experienced with change management, leveraging a variety of communication modalities to garner buy-in and adoption
 
- MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
 
- Quick Learner with integrity/honesty, good communication (verbal and written), and interpersonal skills
 
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices
 
- Industry knowledge and/or U.S. Government security controls and best practices
 
- Strong problem-solving, coaching, and teamwork skills
 
Preferred:
- Experience supporting a federal client
 
- PMP Certification, ITIL 4 Foundation or equivalent
 
Clearance:
- Able to obtain and maintain Public Trust Clearance
 
- US Citizen or Green Card holder
