Junior Engineer

We're hiring a Junior Engineer to support projects that make a tangible impact-applying core engineering principles to help design, test, and evaluate both hardware and software systems, including advanced military technologies. You'll work closely with experienced engineers, gaining exposure to a wide range of technical challenges while contributing to essential development and analysis efforts.

What You'll Do

• Apply engineering fundamentals to support the design, development, and evaluation of systems-hardware, software, or both.
• Assist in analyzing and testing components and systems, including military weapon platforms.
• Review and prepare technical documentation such as:
• Engineering analyses
• Change proposals
• Technical reports
• Collaborate with senior engineers to execute tasks and contribute to project planning.
• Perform basic engineering assignments with guidance, gradually building independence.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree (or a qualifying substitution) in engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Ability to analyze technical problems and contribute to solutions in a collaborative environment.
• Strong interest in systems engineering, testing, and documentation workflows.
• Active Secret clearance.
