Engineer Journeyman

We're hiring a Journeyman Engineer to support high-impact projects involving advanced hardware and software systems-including mission-critical military platforms. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong engineering foundations and experience across system lifecycles, from design to testing and beyond. You'll work on a range of technical areas including system integration, configuration management, and software analysis.

What You'll Do

• Use engineering principles to investigate, plan, design, develop, implement, test, and evaluate systems.
• Support both hardware and software development efforts, including military weapon systems and associated support systems.
• Review and produce detailed technical documentation:
• Engineering analyses
• Change proposals
• Reports and evaluations
• Apply engineering expertise in areas such as:
• System integration
• Configuration management
• Quality assurance testing
• Acquisition and resource planning
• Analyze and develop software related to engineering requirements and mission support systems.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree (or qualifying substitution) in engineering or a related technical field.
• At least 3 years of engineering experience.
• Solid understanding of systems engineering processes, both hardware and software-focused.
• Experience supporting DoD or mission-critical systems preferred.
• Active Secret clearance.
