Engineer Senior

We're hiring a Senior Engineer to lead critical efforts in the design, development, and evaluation of advanced systems-including complex military weapon platforms. This role blends deep technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, offering the opportunity to shape engineering strategy while solving tough, mission-critical challenges.

What You'll Do

• Apply engineering principles across the full system lifecycle-designing, developing, testing, and evaluating hardware and software.
• Analyze, develop, and implement automated data processing software tied to military systems or mission-critical functions.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, including:
• Engineering analyses
• Change proposals
• Technical reports and evaluations
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in one or more areas, such as:
• Test and Evaluation (T&E)
• Electrical or mechanical systems
• Airborne platforms
• Perform key engineering functions, including:
• System integration
• Configuration management
• Quality assurance testing
• Acquisition and resource management
• Lead engineering teams by developing procedures, managing projects, and resolving technical challenges.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
• At least 10 years of engineering experience, including:
• 3+ years of direct experience supporting the Department of Defense (DoD).
• Demonstrated leadership in guiding technical teams and managing complex engineering efforts.
• Strong expertise across both hardware and software systems in defense environments.
• Active Secret clearance.
