Project Analyst Journeyman

We're hiring a Project Analyst to support high-visibility projects through analysis, tracking, and operational improvements. This role is key to helping project teams stay on schedule, within budget, and aligned with mission goals. You'll work across business, finance, and technical teams-bringing clarity and structure to complex programs.

What You'll Do

• Analyze project requirements across business management, financial planning, scheduling, and support needs.
• Track milestones and conduct critical path and dependency analyses to keep projects on course.
• Support audits, studies, cost/benefit analyses, and project tracking activities.
• Perform work simplification and measurement studies to improve process efficiency.
• Collaborate with technical teams and system users to evaluate and enhance processes.
• Document test results, recommend fault corrections, and develop implementation plans for new workflows.
• Provide support for essential operations, including:
• Acquisition and Comptroller functions
• Navy ERP training, implementation, and role mapping
• Demonstrate a track record of success in quality control, project tracking, and cost-benefit analysis.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in project analysis, scheduling, and performance tracking.
• Familiarity with financial and business management functions, especially in government or ERP environments.
• Strong skills in documentation, process improvement, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Active Secret clearance.
