Noblis MSD is seeking candidates interested in supporting the DDG Machinery Controls Systems (MCS) division of NSWCPD.
DDG MCS delivers comprehensive support to the USS Arleigh Burke Class destroyers, ensuring these vessels maintain mission relevance through mid-life upgrades while establishing commonality between modernized ships and new construction. These areas include but are not limited to:

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis' total compensation package.

- New Ship Construction: Systems implementation, software development, Trainer Instructor Work Station (TIWS) integration for new hulls.
 - MCS Modernization Systems and Waterfront Support: Mid-life MCS upgrades for existing hulls and comprehensive dockside technical assistance.
 - In-Service, Engine Controller, and Repair Station Console: Day-to-day operations support for all Destroyers, Engine Controller maintenance, and Repair Station Console implementation.
 - Software, LBESi, and Cyber: Software development for mid-life upgrades, Land Based Engineering Site Integration, and comprehensive cybersecurity protocols.
