Mentor Protégé PM for DHA OSBP
Location: Onsite DHA, Falls Church, VA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Overview
TMGL is seeking a skilled and mission-driven SR-Level Mentor Protégé program manager to support DHA’s OSBP MPP. This will include MPP support functions, such as
needs assessment, drafting content, coordinating review of documents in support of the
issuance and implementation. Managing program content for policies will include knowledge and understanding of external and internal sources such as legislative, Federal and Defense Acquisition Regulations, directives, instructions, and guidance.
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Provide DHA MPP Program Oversight.
• Coordination and review of new agreements.
• MPP Program management reviews with all stakeholders.
• Assist with the development and management of budget and expenditure reports.
Required Qualifications
• BA degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 10 Years experience working with small businesses and knowledge of SBA MPP
• Understanding and experience with SBA Mentor Protégé program and requirements.
• Familiarity with federal acquisition regulations (FAR), SBA guidelines, and DHA procurement practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
