Bennett Aerospace, Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking aPersonal Service Contract Specialist I with a working knowledge of various contract types, including government contracts, and the ability to work independently.
This individual must be able to take direction well and communicate effectively with both contractors and Government employees. Preferred skills and experience would be a candidate who possesses proficient knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations, experience in reviewing and administering contracts, planning/conducting contract price/cost analyses of a variety of pre-award and/or post-award procurement actions to determine cost effectiveness and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Demonstrate experience in having had key responsibility for formulating contracting approach, planning, administering, and conducting detailed contract price/cost analysis, procuring and supplies, and services through the use of formally advertised and negotiated procurements.

Position Responsibilities:
- Conduct contract reviews, assist in cradle-to-grave operations, call order modifications, and close-outs
- Will be required to input contracts, task orders, and purchase orders into the Unified Financial Management System (UFMS)
- Assist Government contracting officers with large and small purchase contract actions
- Review solicitation packages for completeness
- Advise and provide program offices with examples of documents to be contained in a solicitation package
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with at least 24 hours of business credit
- Recent Federal Contracting Officer/Specialist Experience is required
- At least four (4) years of related working experience demonstrates with personnel service contracts (the Court Security Officers, the Courts' support, etc.
- Must possess advanced knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR 8, 12, and 15)
- Experience conducting Market Surveys
- Experience conducting SOW/PWS reviews with the program manager and Government Cost Estimates
- Experience conducting entire Cradle to Grave contracts (includes call order or contract close-outs)
- Experience with FAC-C Level II or DAWIA Level II
Security Requirements:
Clearance Level Required: Public Trust to Top Secret
- Applicants selected will be subject to a Government background investigation and must meet eligibility and suitability requirements.
- Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a US Government security clearance.
- Successful Pass of Bennett Aerospace Background Investigation, Drug Screening and Credit Check.
