We are currently searching for a talented Senior Help Desk Technical Support Specialist with Secret Clearance in Dahlgren, VA
About the Job
CALNET has a need for a Senior Help Desk Technical Support Specialist to assist with Help Desk Services of a IT Services Management Contract with NSWC in Dahlgren, VA.
Six (6) years of professional experience in Industry, Federal or DoD Help Desk Support using a help desk tool such as BMC's Remedy or ServiceNow. This position is required to be designated as IAT III level [CASP CE or CCNP or CISA or CISSP (or Associate) with a Secret Clearance.
Job Requirements
• 7+ years of Professional experience in the DoD or Navy Information Technology (IT) Systems using ServiceNow or Remedy
• Bachelor's Degree
• Secret Clearance
