• Seven (7) years of experience in Help Desk Support using a help desk tool such as Remedy or ServiceNow.
• Manage multi-user computer environments and local area networks, including the installation and configuration of system hardware and software. Establish and manage user accounts, upgrade software, and perform backup and recovery tasks.
• Experience with installing and configuring server OS, applications, file permissions, and system backups.
• Experience in resolving network connectivity issues, deploying and installing software applications, patching, and troubleshooting. Managing incident and MAC (move, add, change) tickets.
• Analyze system logs to identify potential issues with computer systems. Troubleshoot any reported problems, develop processes, and refine them.
• Certifications: CASP+ ce (SecurityX ce) or CISSP or CISA
