Seeking a skilled and motivated security manager with strong special access program knowledge and experience to perform in the role of F-35 Deputy Security Manager for the USAF and ANG military installations participating in the F-35 program.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide direct (deputy) support to the USAF and ANG RMS F-35 senior security manager. Leadership responsibilities will include providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to Lockheed Martin RMS site security managers and security professionals supporting the F-35 fighter Squadrons and full mission simulators Special Access Program Facilities at various CONUS and OCONUS USAF and ANG sites.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Maintaining professional relationships with senior corporate , government, and military leaders.
- Apply business-minded and risk-managed solutions to F-35 security issues communicating observations and recommendations to leadership and enterprise business partners.
-Ensure staffing levels are in accordance with customer demands.
-Ensure financial obligations are on track.
-Aid in preparation of temporary duty assignments
-Execute SCI and CSSO tasks.
-Aid in developing and implementing security standardization across USAF/ANG sites
-Some Control Account Manager (CAM) duties may be required.
-Must have the ability to access an RMS F-35 facility within one business day.
-Domestic and International Travel will be required.
-Additional duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
1. Experience providing oversight to multi-functions of security, such as Personnel Security (PERSEC), Operational Security (OPSEC), Physical Security (PHYSEC), and Security Education Training and Awareness (SETA).
2. ICD 705 Physical Security knowledge and application.
3. In depth knowledge of DoD Manual 5205.07
4. Current TOP SECRET security clearance with an investigation within 5 years from the investigation Closed date or confirmed enrollment within the Continuous Evaluation (CE) program.
5. Must be able to obtain and maintain access to Special Access Programs (SAPs).
6. Industrial and/or military security experience.
7. Prior experience as a CPSO, GSSO, PSO, PSM, or PSR
8. Prior F-35 leadership experience
Desired Skills:
1. Knowledge and experience working Special Access Programs with the USAF/ANG/ARC.
2. Prior knowledge working with F-35 Security Policy and Procedure
3. Prior L-Code experience
4. Prior experience working with and implementing Standard Operating Procedures, Security Plans, and Operations
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Top Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
