Warehouse Operations Analyst

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Warehouse Operations Analyst to join our Air Force / Space team at Eglin AFB.

The Facilities Manager's primary function is to support the United States Air Force's 53rd Wing Technical Support Services (53rd WTSS) contract.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Receiving and checking deliveries to ensure that the correct amount and type of stock is delivered
• Signing delivery notes upon receipt of shipments
• Assisting more senior positions and/or performing functional duties under the oversight of more senior positions supporting IUID efforts.
• Coordinate IUID policies and programs for the contract.
• Oversee IUID product implementation and monitors trends that indicate the need for increased IUID services.
• Updating and maintaining real costs of procurements and shipping in a tracker

Minimum Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in warehouse or logistics
• Experience working with various vendors

Security Clearance:

• Active/Valid Secret Clearance
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD TS/SCI-eligible clearance (i.e. DCID 6/4 eligibility)
• Eligibility for access to Special Access Program Information
• Willingness to submit to a Polygraph.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
• Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
• Frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
