- This is a position that may not last longer than 90 days
- Performing a variety of tasks related to the facilities and maintenance of the building
- Performing MAC and Event support activities
- Performing minor maintenance service and repairing in the areas of carpentry, painting, plastering, or machine servicing
- Escorting contractors in performance of scheduled work
- Performing general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials
- Supervising and leading other staff as directed
- Traveling as needed to support SRC in other locations
- Generating and maintaining layouts for projects and seating
- Providing computer-based operations support and reports
- Maintaining HVAC settings and monitor temp/humidity
- Using company vehicle
- Transporting materials back and forth to warehouse

Requirements
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years experience
- Understanding of basic Facility Maintenance concepts and requirements
Desired Skills
- Electrical knowledge and general mechanical aptitude
- PC literate and able to read construction drawings
