Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Office 365 Administrator with deep expertise in Microsoft Online and Teams Administration to support and optimize enterprise-level collaboration and communication environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience managing hybrid Microsoft environments, implementing O365 services, and integrating Teams to ensure secure, efficient, and seamless user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer, maintain, and support Microsoft Online, Microsoft Teams, and other O365 collaboration services.
• Manage cloud environments including mail flow, connectors, and transport rules.
• Setup, configure, and deploy secured laptop image to devices.
• Sanitize laptops.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Teams Voice, Channels, Meetings, and integration with calendars and SharePoint.
• Oversee user provisioning, license management, and permissions in Azure Active Directory (AAD)/Entra ID.
• Maintain and enforce security, compliance, and retention policies across O365 services.
• Perform O365 tenant administration, including Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, and related workloads.
• Implement and maintain PowerShell automation scripts for user and mailbox management.
• Conduct system monitoring, performance tuning, and capacity planning to ensure high availability.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and network teams to manage incident response and vulnerability remediation.
• Lead O365 migration and upgrade projects, including mailbox moves, Teams rollout, and service enhancements.
• Prepare technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledgebase materials.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8 years of experience administering and supporting Microsoft environments. Can be a combination of on prem or online.
• Proven experience managing and troubleshooting Microsoft Teams, including telephony and integrations.
• Strong understanding of PowerShell scripting for O365 automation.
• Experience with hybrid deployments, Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, and identity synchronization.
• Knowledge of O365 security and compliance features (DLP, eDiscovery, MFA, Conditional Access).
• Demonstrated ability to resolve complex messaging and collaboration issues in large enterprise settings.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate or Teams Administrator Associate.
• Experience with SharePoint Online, Teams System administration, Users and access support and OneDrive for Business administration.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
• Strong communication and documentation skills with the ability to support end-users and executives.
